Getting it out of the space

The hard part is rarely the driveway. It is the fridge wedged in a kitchen alcove, the washer at the bottom of the basement stairs, or the water heater in a utility closet with one narrow door. We disconnect the unit from its position, move it out without gouging floors or door frames, and carry it to the truck. Two-person lifts and stair work are part of the job.

Timing it with a delivery

Retailers will often decline to take the old unit, or will only take it if it is already disconnected and clear. That leaves a dead appliance in the middle of your kitchen or laundry room. Book us before or just after the delivery window and the space is clear for the new machine. We work Monday to Sunday, 8am to 6pm, across Fairfield and New Haven County.

Single-item pickups are fine, and so are full kitchen or laundry swaps where several units go at once. Pricing follows the space taken in the truck, so a set costs less per piece than four separate trips.
