A spare bedroom, a home office nobody uses, a kid's room after they move out. It starts as one box in the corner and ends as a room you close the door on. We clear it in one visit: furniture first, then the boxes and bags, then the closet, which is usually where the real volume hides. You separate out anything you are keeping and we take the rest.
We do not stop at the big items. Curtain rods, wall hooks, a rolled rug behind the door and the odds and ends on the closet shelf all come out, and the floor gets swept once the room is empty. That matters when a painter, a carpet installer or a new tenant is coming in behind us and needs an empty, workable space.
We price on the volume the contents take up in the truck, so a stripped-back guest room and a packed storage room are not the same number. We look at the room first and tell you where it lands. If it turns out to be more than one room, garage, basement or attic included, we can handle those in the same trip. First pickup gets $25 off.
